Equine Assisted Psychotherapy (EAP)
EAP incorporates experiential activities with horses for emotional growth and learning in individuals, couples, families, and groups. EAP is effective in treating behavior disorders, eating disorders, anxiety, chemical dependency, depression, grief, self-injury, post-traumatic stress disorder, and other mental health and relationship issues.
Equine Assisted Learning (EAL)
EAL engages participants in team-emphasized exercises with horses to cultivate life skills, character development, leadership, team building, and creative problem solving in a fun and exciting atmosphere. EAL is beneficial for any group of children, adolescents, or adults seeking to develop and practice new skills, such as business groups, church staff, youth groups, sports teams, and others.
